Feng Shui Tips for Better Health Of course proper medical treatment should be used appropriately - a little help from the "feel" of your environment might help even more. Do not allow pointy things to point at your head. Take a look around your work and living space and move or remove any pointy objects that point right at you. These cut the energy of the space. Sleep with your head towards one of your best directions. Feng Shui has a formula to calculate your best (and worst) directions to face, based on your birth year. Sleeping with your head pointed towards a good direction helps your body regenerate and gives you more energy. Use all of your living and work space. Do not allow some room or corner to become stagnant from disuse. If you are not using a part of your house, apartment, or workspace, re-arrange it so you do use it!
Keep water out of the bedroom. Water - in the form of an aquarium or fish bowl - is energy that actually drains the occupants while they sleep. Remember that even photos or paintings of water are no-no! Feng Shui recognizes the symbolism of objects. Don't make the bedroom too masculine or too feminine. Feng Shui is about balance. Make sure all occupants of the bedroom are comfortable there and have something of their own represented in there. Eat food at a table - just eating. Do not eat standing up, at a work space, or watching television. Talking and socializing is fine, but eating should be a dedicated, conscious, activity. |
